Purston Peruvian Kim:
This stunning full Peruvian dark chocolate coloured stud was imported from Canada in late 2002. His famous sire is Peruvian Camelot, who stood for many years at Anthony Stochowski`s Alpaca farm in Ohio, commanding high stud fees. These are important dark chocolate Peruvian genetics.
Kim has great presence, a marvellous temperament, excellent conformation and strong bones. His fleece has wonderful crimp, uniformity of colour, fineness and with a softness of handle most unusual in a dark huacaya.
Kim has now completed 5 full seasons at Stud in the UK and has stamped his superb genetics very firmly on his progeny. Most of his offspring are black or dark brown, with a few lovely rose greys and most importantly he has thrown a high percentage of females. His progeny can be seen in very many herds in the UK and many continue to excel in the Show Ring.
